No — you can browse all listings without signing up. An account is required to place orders, save items to your wishlist, or message vendors.

Find a product you like, select your size and colour, choose your quantity, and click Buy Now or Add to Cart. You'll be prompted to enter your delivery details and pay securely via Paystack.

Capleath Market accepts all major Nigerian debit and credit cards, bank transfers, and USSD payments through Paystack — one of Africa's most trusted payment processors.

The delivery fee covers transport to the nearest motor park, typically the state capital park. If you need home delivery, message the vendor directly through the in-app chat to arrange and agree on additional costs.

For international shipping, message the vendor before placing your order to discuss pricing, shipping method, and estimated delivery time. International pricing is arranged directly between you and the vendor.

Yes — your order status updates in real time. You'll receive email and in-app notifications when your order is confirmed, shipped, and delivered.

Use the Message Vendor button on the product page to discuss custom requests directly with the maker before ordering.

Returns are handled directly between you and the vendor. We recommend messaging the vendor before purchase to clarify their returns policy. Capleath support can assist in disputes — contact us at support@capleath.com.

Once you receive your order, log into Capleath Market, go to My Orders, and mark the order as delivered. This releases payment to the vendor.

Click Apply to Sell on the Capleath Market homepage and complete the vendor application form. Applications are reviewed by the Capleath team and you'll be notified of the outcome by email and in-app notification.

No listing fee for now. Capleath charges percentage commission only when a sale is completed — so you only pay when you earn.

Payment is released to your registered bank account within 48 hours of the buyer confirming delivery. Paystack handles the split automatically — you receive your earnings directly, no manual transfers needed.

Once approved, you'll be prompted to add your bank details through your vendor dashboard. This is required before you can list any products. Your details are encrypted and used only for payment processing.

There is no limit on the number of listings. Each listing supports up to 15 product images.

Yes — you set your own prices and delivery fees per location. The earnings calculator in your dashboard shows exactly what you'll receive after Capleath's commission.

You set delivery fees by zone — you can set a default nationwide fee and override it per state. Buyers are informed that the fee covers delivery to the nearest motor park. Home delivery is arranged separately between you and the buyer.

Yes — buyers can message you through the in-app chat on Capleath Market. All communication stays within the platform. Sharing personal contact details in listings or messages is against vendor guidelines.

You'll receive an email and in-app notification with the outcome. You're welcome to reapply with updated information or contact the vendor team at vendors@capleath.com for more details.

Yes — accounts that violate vendor guidelines (sharing contact details, watermarking products with phone numbers, fraudulent listings) may be suspended. You'll be notified by email if this happens.

Yes — all payments are processed by Paystack, one of Africa's most trusted payment processors. Capleath never stores your card details.
